How To Complete a Learning Module & Claim Credits:

To claim credits for this online educational program, physician learners are required to register on this Web site and to complete any or all of the two learning modules.

To complete a module, the physician learner must complete the following steps:

  • Review and work through the module components: Complete the pre-test, participate in the interactive case study, review slide sets, animations, and the interactive algorithm
  • Finally, participate in the discussion forum and complete the post-test and program evaluation

Once the above steps are completed, the Web site automatically prompts physician learners to the “My CHE Profile” page, from where they may download the certificate for the module(s) they have completed. Physician learners should Save/Print their certificate(s). The certificate is the record of participation in the learning module.
